Many people live here from many different walks of life. We have 146 apartments. Currently we have 168 residents. I have residents that still work full time. Some of the nice features of living in a community like gloria Dei Farms is, not only the fact that we have wonderful, large 1 and 2 bedroom apartments or 2 bedrooms with a den, so the apartments are wonderful, but outside your apartment door the amenities we offer: we have a 14 passenger bus that we use to take our residents, no charge, grocery shopping, we go to the local convenience stores such as Wal-Mart, we’ll do mall trips, we’ll go to the local malls for shopping. I always tell new residents that’s it’s a learning process like anything. Change, none of us are excited about change in life. That’s just a human nature thing. No one likes change. The Farms is our flagship community in the Gloria Dei network. We have many amenities here at the Farms. One of my my favorites is the swimming pool. We have an indoor swimming pool, which allows us to swim 365 days a year. It’s open to all the residents and their families. Read More

The process for folks to become residents at Gloria Dei Farms, we usually set up a tour with them. We’ll do a tour. It usually takes about an hour. We’ll show them the style they’re looking for, whether it be a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom, or a two-bedroom with den. We’ll show them an apartment that they’re interested in, give them a complete tour of the apartment, and after that we give them a tour of the entire community. Read More
