Yes, we do allow pets! However, there are certain guidelines that you must follow if you want to keep a pet at the Manor and Manor Courts. Cats are fine and so are dogs that weigh less than 25 pounds. Fish and birds are also welcome. Yes, we are close to a lot of fine shopping centers. Bethayers Shopping Center is across the street complete with an Ace Hardware store, a nail salon, restaurants, and more!. Not to mention, we are a mere 3.6 miles from the Willow Grove Mall and other shopping opportunities. Yes, there is public transportation nearby. We’re fortunate enough that the Septa 24 bus comes near our front door. Also, the train to center Philadelphia and beyond is less than a half mile away. Yes, we do have a community bus. It seats 14 passengers and makes weekly trips to local grocery stores. It also makes its way to our regularly scheduled trips to local banks, the mall, and other prearranged outings. It’s a great luxury for our residents!

When the office is closed we have two Night Manager couples that live on site. They help with emergencies and security. We certainly don’t want to leave the community unattended when the office is closed. The two Night Manager couples on duty at night eliminate any liabilities when the office closes down. Read More

We take security very seriously at The Manor and Manor Courts. The community can only be entered by a key or by being “buzzed” in. Both the Manor and Manor Court have emergency call systems that are monitored 24/7. You can rest easily knowing that you’re safe.

The Manor and Manor Court staff handles all maintenance that is required in the apartment. We do not require our residents to become engineers when something needs fixing. It’s as simple as calling up someone on duty, reporting the problem, and then having someone come out to fix what is broken. Read More
