As part of the CARES community out-reach program, residents of the Gloria Dei Towers Senior Community recently held a pepper and egg sandwich fundraiser to help support the Philadelphia Veterans Comfort House. through its CARE Community Outreach program, has donated much needed school supplies to several Philadelphia School District schools. The schools receiving the donated school supplies were Cayuga Elementary Public School serving the Hunting Park and Feltonville communities and Mary McLeod Bethune School located in North Philadelphia.
Students and staff at each school welcomed eight Gloria Dei Community residents and five Gloria Dei staff members as the school supplies were delivered to each school. Read More
Gloria Dei Senior Communities celebrated the official ribbon cutting and dedication of its new state-of-the-art Alzheimer’s and dementia care facility, Memory Care at the Park, at a special event held on September 29, 2010 at the facility’s Hatboro location.
Over 150 invited guests and dignitaries attended the event to take part in the official ribbon cutting and dedication of the new 11,400 square foot facility located on Gloria Dei’s Hatboro campus that also includes Gloria Dei’s The Farms active retirement community and Luther Park assisted living community.
