About Gloria Dei Foundation
We couldn’t continue the work we do without the invaluable contributions of our local community.
The Gloria Dei Communities Foundation was created to financially support the vision, mission and operations of Gloria Dei Communities.
For more than 30 years, we’ve been committed to providing older adults from all walks of life with high-quality, affordable housing.
Through the work of the Gloria Dei Foundation, we are able to:
- Provide residents at all of our communities the opportunity to take part in the Fox Rehabilitation “Strength & Balance Program” with twice weekly onsite classes. These classes enhance the lives of our residents by providing an empirically supported exercise routine along with community engagement.
- Meet critical needs, providing essential healthcare items for 23 individual residents such as oral surgeries, dentures, hearing aids, and prosthetics. Other items provided by the Foundation include a community power chair, an adjustable bed, a lift chair, furniture, and exercise equipment.
- Contribute to the support of Burholme EMS, which provides all residents of Gloria Dei Estates with membership to this ambulance service.
- Show our caring commitment to our residents by providing health and wellness programs, including a vaccine program that was available at all communities.
