Yes, there is dedicated parking. If you own a vehicle there is assigned parking in one of our lots. We’re also fortunate enough to have the space that if you own a second vehicle you may also park that in our visitors lot. Fortunately, you don’t have to drive everywhere as we have our own 14 passenger bus and close proximity to public transportation options.

Certainly! Family is allowed to stay over. Not only do we enjoy our residents, we also enjoy their families that come to visit! There is an overnight guest book that all visitors must sign before they stay, however there is no rigorous background checks or anything like that. We love when families come to visit!

Yes, we do allow pets. We allow small pets such as dogs under 20 lbs, cats, fish and birds. There is a pet application and fee that must be paid prior to move in. If your curious about other rules and regulations that come with owning a pet at The Estates you may request more information about it.

No, the community itself is a non-denominational one. However, we do have a chapel on the premises for those who would like to attend a church service. We don’t want to remove the opportunity for our residents to go to religious services, but we also don’t want to exclude anyone from our community based on faith.

There are a lot of amenities for you or your loved one to enjoy! We have a beauty shop on the premises, computers for residents to use, and full-service banking weekly. Yes we do! There is an exercise room on-site that includes a Wii gaming system, as well as a spacious indoor pool that allows our residents to enjoy regularly scheduled water exercise group. We want our residents to be active. Regular exercise leads to a healthy lifestyle and happier residents, which, in turn, makes us happy!

The last thing we want is for our residents to become their own technician. The maintenance of their apartment is not on them. We have a highly trained Farms staff that handles all maintenance that is required in the apartment.

Meals can be ordered from Personal Care at the Park, our personal care facility on site. Meals will be delivered to your apartment or you can make a reservation to eat in their dining room. The Farms also has special dinners two or three times a month.
