Marketing/Sales Associate
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing/Sales Associate to support occupancy growth across two personal care and memory care communities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable in the field, building referral relationships, and supporting families through the senior living decision process.
This position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with facility Administrators and our external marketing partners.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, admissions, or sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Comfortable with local travel between communities and referral sources
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems or lead tracking tools preferred
Schedule
- 16–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or events as needed
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Incentive/bonus tied to move-ins
