Yes, utilities are included in the rent. The Manor and Manor Courts includes it all within the final bill. However, phone and cable are not included as a utility. That is purchased separately. The cottage rent includes water and sewer but not electricity, phone or cable.

No, the Manor and Manor Courts do not provide meals. However, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which allows each individual or couple to prepare their own meals. On occasion, we have catered dinners, picnics, birthday parties and other events with food.

Our Resident Council has many committees that run assorted games, bingo, billiards, movies, clubs, trips, dinners and other social activities and outings. There are also many opportunities for volunteering in the community. Those with a ‘green thumb’ can help around the building or property or tend their own garden plot.
