How can someone see an apartment and take a tour?

Your best chance to see an apartment and tour our community is to contact our sales associate, Jodi Hedrick at 267-625-6429. She will be happy to answer any questions and schedule a personal tour for you!

Who’s around to help when the office is closed?

We have two Night Manager Couples to help when the office is closed. They live on site at the Estates to help with emergencies and security after hours. We want to eliminate liabilities at all hours of the day and night. The two couples are a great help. You can rest easily knowing we keep you safe and secure at all times. Read More

What about security?

In order to gain entry to the building, residents must use their apartment key and visitors must be let in by a resident or staff member by using the Entry Guard system in the foyer. In addition, all building doors have a security alarm that is activated after hours and there are security cameras on all keyed doors. Read More

What special amenities do you offer?

The Estates has something for everyone. We offer onsite banking, a beauty/barber shop and a coffee shop. We also provide a library, computer room with internet access, wood shop, game room and exercise room.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Yes, all utilities are included in your monthly rent except for telephone. You can choose any telephone carrier of your choice and be billed directly if you opt to have a landline. Conveniently, Cable TV is included, with a special discounted rate for living at The Estates!

Do we pay extra for maintenance repairs?

No, you don’t pay extra for maintenance repairs. That’s one of the benefits of living at The Estates…no more maintenance worries! Just fill out a maintenance repair form, and it’s done…at no cost to you. It’s that simple. Maintenance is also available 24/7 for emergencies.

Do you have trips and activities?

We sure do! We have resident volunteers that run our regularly scheduled activities as well as trips to the casino, theaters and even some overnight trips. Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes, there is public transportation nearby. A few examples include the Septa bus stop that is located at the corner of Rhawn & Dungan, as well as the R8 Fox Chase Train Station that is within ¼ mile from here. If need be, residents can also sign up for para-transit.
