One Bedroom Apartment: This apartment is 800 square feet. The living room/dining room and bedroom is carpeted with neutral wall-to-wall carpeting while the kitchen and bathroom has neutral vinyl flooring that will compliment any décor. The fully equipped all-electric eat-in kitchen comes with a frost-free refrigerator, self-cleaning stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher. In the entry hall, there is a full coat closet and a pantry/linen closet. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The bath contains a walk-in shower stall with grab bars and a heat lamp. The unit also has a utility closet with a hook-up for your washer/dryer and shelving for storage. Each apartment also comes equipped with smoke detectors, emergency pull cords in bed & bath and additional storage space in storage areas in the building. Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled in each unit to your comfort level.  One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment: This apartment contains 924 square feet of living space.
